The whole team is professional, but more importantly they actually take the time to listen to your concerns and walk you through your options without pushing anything on you. Dr. Paola makes you feel comfortable right away. I don’t speak Spanish, her fluent english and effort to communicate clearly and even help translate with the rest of the team, always with a really positive energy, made a huge difference for me. Overall, very satisfied. You can tell they know what they’re doing and they take good care of their patients.

I also was able to repair two chipped teeth and the process was gentle and fast and affordable. They speak English as well, which is great for someone with limited Spanish. —— La Dra. They have officially become my international dentist to go to. Not only are the costs for numerous procedures affordable and a fraction of the costs of what you would pay in the United States but the dental work is done with patience, precision and best judgement in favor of the patient. With this said, they are honest and will review what needs to be done more than twice just to be sure you are getting the best treatment. The office is super clean and has a zen aura so you can be as relaxed as possible. I opted in for a full teeth whitening and a composite bonding treatment for seven receding unlike areas which exceeded my expectations. Dr. Paola Martinez and her team also works with out of country dental claims which is a plus. I highly highly highly recommend you to schedule a visit.

She is very professional, very caring, and very thorough. I am an American-born Colombian living in Cartagena, so finding a bilingual doctor was important to me. Dr. Martinez speaks amazing English, and she was very concise in explaining to me everything I needed to know. She’s also very fair - she doesn’t push treatments on you that aren’t necessary like some dentists do. I would recommend her to anyone.
